St. Mark's church and a square are one of the most important monuments in Zagreb, situated on the Upper Town which is the oldest part of Zagreb. The church dates from the 13. century, but was partly renovated in 19. century in neogothic style. The colorful roof is from that period and presents two historic coats of arms, first for Kingdom of Croatia, Dalmatia and Slavonia and the second for Town Zagreb. I just love that roof, it is so Croatia and so Zagreb!
